Candice Fowler is the Chairwoman and CEO of Donco. She is responsible for leading and overseeing Donco’s long and short-term goals, ensuring they align with company strategy and culture. Candice ensures that Donco maintains high standards of corporate citizenship, social responsibility, and safety while also making certain the company maintains the proper capital and people to be successful. She is a member of the National Women Business Owners Corporation, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Electrical Board of Missouri & Illinois, and the National Electrical Contractors Association. Candice has studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Memphis State University.
Dee McDonald is the Chief Financial Officer at Donco. She is responsible for all accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, contract review, audits, and financial systems enhancements. Formerly the CFO of First Clover Leaf Bank, Dee brings over 16 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Her experience also includes managing human resources, marketing, treasury management, retail banking, and operations. Dee holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from SIUE. She has lived in Edwardsville for over 30 years and is married to her husband, Keith, and has two children; Josh and Megan. Dee is active in various community organizations and enjoys volunteering, reading, crafts, and occasionally playing golf.
Mandy Fowler is the Operations Coordinator at Donco. She oversees and supports all of Donco’s departments. Mandy was integral in creating the marketing department of Donco. She also helps department leaders coordinate and manage all operational activities. Additionally, she is our liaison between internal and external parties.
Mandy studied at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from SIUE. She is an active member of Leadership Illinois and Women in NECA – National Electrical Contractors Association.
